Eligible Returns – Damaged or Defective Products Only

We accept return or replacement requests only for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

Claim Within 24 Hours: You must contact us within 24 hours from the moment you receive your parcel.

You must share a parcel opening video clearly showing the damage or defect at the time of unboxing.

The video must be continuous and unedited, starting from the sealed parcel to the point of discovering the damage.

Requests without a valid parcel opening video will not be accepted.

🔁 Replacement First Policy

If your product is found to be damaged and verified through the opening video, we will replace it with the same design, size, and color, subject to availability.

If the exact piece is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Conditions

* Returns for reasons such as dislike of color, size change (if correct size was sent), or change of mind are not accepted.

* No claims will be entertained without an unboxing video.

* Any claims made after 24 hours of receiving the parcel will not be processed.

The product will be shipped within 3-4 days and delivered within 1-3 days.

Approved refund will be processed and credited within 1-7 working days

Exchanges and Replacement will be delivered within 7 days
